"
Murica giveth, and ‘Murica taketh away."
Stoke City player Brek Shea is skating on thin ice after posting this excessively patriotic picture on his instagram account. He quickly deleted it but the damage had already been done. World Sport Bloopers are betting that he doesn't last long in England. We're sure
Unibet would have odds on this! You can take Shea out of Texas, but you can't take Texas out of Shea! Brek hasn't had much of an impact so far on the English Premier League. He has been out of action due to injury and even if he does come back, it'll be tough to make it into the lineup.
Shea has already been in trouble with Stoke City after pulling a prank where he wore a pig's head in the locker room. Potters’ boss Tony Pulis demanded answers from midfielder Glenn Whelan and striker Kenwyne Jones after the pranks went a little too far at the club’s Clayton Wood training ground. Whelan was accused of leaving a pig’s head among Jones’s clothes in his locker after the forward had changed for training. It turned out by be the American prankster who was behind it.
Shea had worked hard to get back into the good books of Stoke City fans but that all changed with one Instagram photo. The 23-year-old winger unintentionally jumped into the gun debate by publishing a picture of himself brandishing two shotguns. Shea's stars and stripes wife beater outfit only added to the gun-loving image that Brits, and most of the world, have of America. Shea immediately regretted posting the picture and deleted it less than an hour later, followed by a message on Twitter apologizing to "all who were offended by it."
Borussia Dortmund lost 2-1 to Bayern Munich last Saturday in one of the most exciting Champions League Finals ever. What was confusing was that sports brand Puma decided to organize a flash mob for Dortmund at Stansted Airport before they flew back to Germany. There were no tumbleweeds but the Dortmund players could not have looked any less interested as they mourned the defeat. What was even more bizarre was that the song (Primal Scream's Movin' On Up from their classic Screamadelica album) was sung in English. A sign was held up that read "We're Proud Of You", also in English! Epic fail? We think so!
Leicester City earn a controversial penalty against Watford in the play-off semi-final in the Championship. If they score it, they go to Wembley for the final. Anthony Knockaert hits a weak spot kick, Manuel Almunia makes a great double save and Watford go on the counter attack with Troy Deeney scoring a sensational winner to send Watford to Wembley. One of the funniest things about this is the Sky Sports commentator who goes absolutely mental!!!
Lokeren goalkeeper Boubacar Copa Barry was knocked unconscious after colliding with the post in an attempt to save Carlos Bacca's shot.
Brazilian defender Fábio Ferreira does his best from keeping the ball from crossing the line but in a random epic fail, proceeds in falling into the netting and bringing the whole goal down with him!!
During the Fulham v Manchester United Premier League encounter at Craven Cottage, three minutes before half-time, the floodlights spontaneously turned off. The year is 2013 and in a multi-million dollar league full of prima donnas and Russian billionaires, how can this happen?! Hilarious to hear the commentators asking their colleagues if they have ever seen this before with the constant references to Fulham not paying their electricity bill!

Eden Hazard was sent off for kicking a ball boy during the League Cup tie between Chelsea and Swansea at the Liberty Stadium. Chelsea were trailing by two goals to nil when Hazard approached the ball boy. The kid didn't make it easy for the Chelsea player to get it with the clock ticking down but after hurling him to the ground, Hazard then kicked the ball from underneath him. Of course, he also connected with the ball boy which got him a red card from the referee. World Sport Bloopers has seen nothing like this since Eric Cantona's kung fu kick on a fan during Manchester United's FA Cup tie against Crystal Palace and
Didier Zokora's "ball kicking" of Emre.
Manchester City player Mario Balotelli walks down the tunnel and seems in good spirits as he high fives some ball boys. Only you can decide whether he is having fun or reacting angrily when he grabs a photographer's camera and steals the lens!
On the final day of last season's English Premier League, Manchester United beat Sunderland and thought they had won the league. Then two goals in injury time by Manchester City against QPR, turned the entire season on its head giving them the league title. Watch as Manchester United think they have won the league only for Sunderland fans to taunt them as the City score filters in.
Following his two goals and match winning performance for Italy against Germany in Euro 2012, a Mario Balotelli water fountain has been erected at the stadium in his honor.
So Chelsea finally win their first ever Champions League title. A great season for the Blues, their manager Roberto Di Matteo and their team of old age pensioners. Sadly, the man in the spotlight, scoring a goal in normal time and then a penalty to win the match, was
Didier Drogba - a disgrace to the game and English football. It is easy to get caught up in the glory of today's win but for those who know that Drogba is one of the worst cheats in English football and cannot stand when he dives at every possible opportunity, here is a reminder of what the game could do without:
Yesterday, Manchester City and Manchester United went into the final game of the English Premier League level on points, separated only by goal difference. Manchester United had won their game at Sunderland and with Manchester United squandering their one goal advantage and allowing the 10-man QPR into a 2-1 lead, their title hopes looked dead and buried. Then, in a similar style to Manchester United teams of previous seasons, City rescued it.
First in the first minute of the 5 minutes of injury time, Dzeko headed in a Silva corner, then with seconds to go, Aguero fired in the winner to send the Etihad stadium into delirium and cap City's first league title in 44 years. All of the drama was captured as always on SKY Sports News. Watch ex-Arsenal player Paul Merson go absolutely mental as City nick the winner!!!
Football fans who remember Eric Cantona's kung fu kick on a fan following his sending off against Crystal Palace, will love this video.
Former Tottenham midfielder Didier Zokora who is now playing with Trabzonspor took his anti-racist stance a little too firmly on Fenerbahce's Emre. Emre had allegedly called Zokora "dirty n**ger" in previous match and was banned by the Turkish Football Disciplinary Committee for two matches. When the two teams met again on Sunday night, the pair were at it again.
Zokora first refused to shake Emre's hand before the start of the match and then did his best Cantona impression by kicking Emre in the balls as if he was destroying a child's snowman at Christmas!
Emre has the last laugh (or cry in his case) as his team went on to win the game 3-1.
Fiorentina manager Delio Rossi has done what many managers and indeed fans dream of doing. With all the casanovas and prima donnas in the game, for the amount of money they are earning, they should shut up and play the game. Following his substitution, Adem Ljajic has a rant at Rossi which triggers something you don't see very often - a scrap between a manager and player on the same team!

During the Spartak Moscow v Anji Makhachkala game, Nicolas Pareja neatly places the ball just inside the far post past the despairing dive of the keeper. The problem is, he put it in his own goal!

Gary Neville is arguably the worst sports commentator of all time. He is hated by every Liverpool fan in the world, has a "teen stache" that makes him look like it's his first day at school and speaks like a baboon. During the Champions League semi-final between Chelsea and Barcelona, Chelsea are seconds away from beating Barcelona. Their failed $80 million signing Fernando Torres has just come off the bench and from nowhere turns turns on the form that Liverpool fans remember from his time at Anfield. He rounds the keeper and scores which makes the barmy Mancunian let out an orgasmic roar. We're still laughing at World Sport Bloopers Towers!

Gary Lineker, host of Match of the Day in England has big ears, wears so much make-up you can see your reflection on his forehead and has the personality of a pack of soggy Walkers crisps. That said, this little Arsene Wenger impersonation at the tail end of a show is well worth watching!

Arsene Wenger is the Arsenal FC manager and always seems to have a problem with something. During Arsenal's away game at Stoke City, Wenger becomes infuriated at another poor decision from the officials. As he starts to gesture to the referee, a few fans start impersonating him behind his back. Like a Mexican wave, this spreads like wildfire and before you can say "Let's all do the Wenger", the whole stadium is impersonating him. Priceless!
Thanks to
Barrie Smith for this little beauty!
Pescara player Lorenzo Insigne only has to blow the ball into the goal from about a yard out. But somehow, he blazes his shot over the crossbar in a game against Gubbio in Serie B, Italy.

World Sport Bloopers has brought you every blooper from the world of football (or for US fans, soccer). We decided to compile a list of top 5 football bloopers to help get you through your week!
5).
Mario Balotelli Italy Shirt Blooper
Italy recently unveiled their new strip in a friendly match against Uruguay. The frequently misunderstood Italian striker Mario Balotelli appeared for the second half wearing Italy's old shirt. What was even more bizarre was that he had already been wearing the new one in the first half. I wonder what the
Betfair football betting odds were for this happening?!
4).
Goalkeeper Kicks Fan, Gets Sent Off!
In a cup match between Ajax and AZ Alkmaar, AZ keeper Esteban Alvarado gets an unexpected visit from a fan. He then kicks him while he's down and get sent off!!
3).
Cartwheeling Goalkeeper Blooper
Most sports fans are used to the samba skills of the Brazilian players and the way they casually dance their way post their opponents. It seems that that flare extends to the touchline where this gymnastic trainer performs a ritualistic cartwheel as he runs on and off the field!
2).
Argentinian Misses 3 Goals In One Match
Martin Palermo misses three penalty kicks in one game against Columbia in 1999.
1).
Unconscious Player Sent Off
You read the title correctly! In a Belgian Provincial League game between Templeuve and Quevy, a player is accidentally head butted and lies unconscious in the penalty area. Astonishingly, as he is about to taken away by paramedics, he is given a second yellow card and sent off!

About World Sport Bloopers
World Sport Bloopers was created following the frustration of using video sites. Many offered videos that were filed under 'funny' or 'humor' but were not specific to sport. It required a lot of searching to find what we wanted. Even when you found the video, it was often edited poorly or inserted in a news segment so it had less impact.
World Sport Bloopers is inspired by UK shows like Fantasy Football (hosted by comedians David Baddiel and Frank Skinner), the eccentric Frenchman Remi Gaillard and US shows like Jackass. We aim to bring you the best bloopers, fails and WTF moments. We hope you enjoy the site!!
