Malaysian cyclist Azizulhasni Awang won bronze at the 2011 track cycling World Cup - despite crossing the line with a nine-inch splinter sticking through his leg.
Azizulhasni was involved in a huge crash in the closing stages of the race in the men's Keirin Manchester, but managed to clamber back onto his bike and hobble over the line to finish third behind Britain's Chris Hoy and Australia's Jason Niblett. Go to 1:08 to see the footage:
World Sport Bloopers was created following the frustration of using video sites. Many offered videos that were filed under 'funny' or 'humor' but were not specific to sport. It required a lot of searching to find what we wanted. Even when you found the video, it was often edited poorly or inserted in a news segment so it had less impact.
World Sport Bloopers is inspired by UK shows like Fantasy Football (hosted by comedians David Baddiel and Frank Skinner), the eccentric Frenchman Remi Gaillard and US shows like Jackass. We aim to bring you the best bloopers, fails and WTF moments. We hope you enjoy the site!!

WORLD SPORT BLOOPERS is the only dedicated sports blooper blog in the world.
We've shown you our bloopers, now we need to see yours! We are looking for contributors from around the world to help us highlight the funnier side of sport. Whether you like football, ping pong or kabaddi, we got you!
